The Liberia Institute of Public Administration (LIPA) is to launch the ‘Dr. Augustus F. Caine’ Lecture Series (ACLS) soon.

According to the Deputy Director General for Research & Consultancy, Honorable D. Wa Hne, the ACLS is an intellectual and academic project established by the institute which will serve as a platform that generates discussions on public administration challenges and successes.

He said it will help in the areas of accountability, governance, management, government development initiatives and private sector development.

Honorable Hne furthers that the platform will provide expert and professional views based on forensic research and knowledge on selected thematic areas along with discussants that will analyze presentations and recommendations of speakers.

“The platform will expand the current national discourse; make it illuminating; unprovocative and respectful by eliminating perceptions, imaginations, presumptions, assumptions and aggressions which derail the public discourse with misinformation and unscientific conclusions,” he explained. The Liberia Institute of Public Administration is launching the Dr. Augustus F. Caine Lecture Series (ACLS). The ACLS is an intellectual and academic project established by the Liberia Institute of Public Administration (LIPA) to serve as a platform that generates discussions on public administration challenges and successes in Liberia such as in accountability, governance, management, government development initiatives and private sector development.

The ACLS will bring on the platform expert and professional views based on forensic research and knowledge on selected thematic areas along with discussants that will analyze presentations and recommendations of speakers. The Platform will be conducted before live audience with questions and answers privileges.

The ACLS is intended to expand the current national discourse; make it illuminating; unprovocative and respectful by eliminating perceptions, imaginations, presumptions, assumptions and aggressions which derail the public discourse with misinformation and unscientific conclusions. It will seek to provide the environment for facts and answers to our national challenges.

Join the Liberia Institute of Public Administration every last Friday of each month at the Monrovia City Hall on Tubman Boulevard from 11:00am to 2:30pm for the: “Dr. Augustus F. Caine Lecture Series.” Knowledge is Power. Our goal is:
